Sales rep Andrew Aguiniga answered every question honestly(I already knew the answer to most of them) which alone earns a 5 star rating in my book. I would recommend Stephen Wade and Andrew Aguiniga to everyone looking for a Toyota dealer. I will definitely be making my next purchase, a Rav 4 , from them.

Helpful and friendly

Dan “The Man” Cummings. Came in with my parents who have been indecisive in getting a new vehicle. Back story - my pops has been a die hard Ford guy since before I was born (46 years old). We came to Toyota because my parents needed several things - get out of their ford and get into a new pickup. We hunt so 4 wheel drive is necessary! Now back to Dan. Between him and my step mom, there was some pricing work between the 2 but ultimately a deal was made and both sides had to recognize that if they meet in the middle both parties can be happy. I don’t recall seeing my dad smile that big and that true for some time, let alone get slightly emotional. He’s wanted a Toyota for years just thought they were out of his budget! Dan got my folks into a brand new truck and my parents couldn’t be happier! I recommend working with Dan only because he made it painless for my parents. That doesn’t mean that anybody else employed at Stephen Wade wouldn’t be able to offer the same resolve but my guy Dan is where it’s at! Cheers Dan!

My battery suddenly started struggling and they got me in same day and also took care of all the other tune up needs with in hours. It’s pieced mind because I know they will do the job right.

Jessica is fantastic! She is very knowledgeable, positive, and helpful. She listened to what we wanted and needed in a new car and did not try to "upsell" us. She kept in contact with us after our initial call to the dealership but was not high pressure. At financial closing we found an error in the numbers (we were being charged twice for doc fees...NOTE: this was NOT Jessica's fault and it also happened last fall to our son at a dealership in Salt Lake}. When the finance office asked Jessica to come in and look it over, she IMMEDIATELY caught their mistake and helped them fix it. Jessica is definitely a wonderful representative of Stephen Wade Toyota! We love our new car!

Everything went smoothly with the trade of my Tacoma TRD off-road truck to get a RAV4 XLE SUV. I kept waiting for something to go wrong, but it never did.
