I’ve purchased a few vehicles over the years from various dealerships, and this purchase experience was the best thus far. We purchased a 2027 Land Cruiser at Stephan Wade Toyota in St. George. Quinn Scott was our sales person and he did an awesome job and communicated through the entire process from order to delivery. Clay Pernod in finance also did great job! Overall, even with a hiccup in the order process (from Toyota), the experience was a good one and I would recommend this dealership and would purchase from them again.

I came into the dealership under a tight time constraint. The dealer made me a good deal both for my trade-in and discounting a 2026 Tacoma by about 4%. We were from out of town, but our salesman was very accommodating and made everything work. It was an exhausting long process, but that’s typical for any dealership. It just takes a long time to get all the paperwork together.

The parts guy asked the right questions and was able to get the correct part I needed quickly.

Stephen Wade was the best dealership to work with in St. George. Quinn Scott was also excellent. Quinn spent time understanding what type of vehicle we were looking for and helped us make the best decision. No pressure or time constraints. We feel like we got a great deal.

Vance in service did my driver's power seat assembly replacement on our 2021 Rav 4 Hybrid. Bought the car there. Way too slow. Much too expensive. Never called us with updates. Terrible customer service. Vehicle just sat there for 24 hours. Even though we made an appointment and were coming 2.5 hours from Kanab. We did the dealer survey and made complaints, but never had anybody reach out to us. I am a 100% disabled Vet.

Worked hard to get me a good deal. Found me the car I needed . Was very helpful
