Car was available and priced as it was online (unlike many dealers we have found never have that good deal available that they have posted online). Fast and low pressure. Jessica (my sales rep) and Stephen Wade Toyota were AMAZING to work with. I live in AZ but found that buying with Stephen Wade in Utah saved me $5000....so decided to take the plunge and make an out of state purchase. Every one of the 10 Toyota dealers i called in Arizona insisted on adding $5000 worth of "add ons" that were of no value to me. Then someone suggested I try Stephen Wade which is known for their customer-centered, low pressure, friendly sales process. AND...it worked!!! Literally....$5000 saved. I had planned to drive a rental car the 6 hours it would take for me to get from northern AZ to St George Utah...but then Jessica (bless her!) said they could ship my car to me for less than the cost of my rental car and hotel overnight to travel to get it. The car arrived in PERFECT shape...and the transaction process with a 3rd party to make the purchase itself easier....was really quite simple. I now have a lovely Sienna which I suspect will last me a long while....but if i EVER need another car (or am speaking with someone searching for a car without all the "dealer padding") I'm 150% going to use or recommend Stephen Wade Toyota!!!!

We didn't go in thinking we were going to buy a vehicle. But after spending time with Easton and Sebastian, we found a good deal on a used Highlander - and we did the deal! Thanks guys for making a painful process as easy as it can be.

Straight forward establishment

It was Red Tag sale time so no haggling with multiple sales reps. The rep we dealt with was Sebastian. There were only two trucks on the lot that had the required long bed, one new, one a year old. There was no pressure to go one way or the other. Once we made the choice the sales rep moved us quickly thru the paperwork...we had another engagement to get to. We picked up the truck the next day. Overall, have to say this was the easiest car purchase I have made in my 71 years of buying cars. Then again, we had no trade in and paid cash for the truck.

Good customer service, nice no pressure atmosphere. Dan was a great salesperson and Clay was thorough in the financing department.

I really liked working with beau he worked hard to get me the truck I wanted. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I love my new tacoma and I got the color I wanted.
