Stephen was a wonderful help to me. He made extra effort to obtain the necessary parts to repair damage to my rotors and pads, flying them in from 2 states away. He kept me well informed on both the shipment progress, and on the repair work. On a very tight road trip across several states, we were able to keep to our schedule due to Stephen's persistence and professionalism. Thanks to him and all the Steve Wade Toyota staff!!!

I purchased a 2026 Toyota Camry LE from Stephen Wade Toyota. I was extremely pleased with my purchase. Danny Gilchrist was my salesman and he went above and beyond helping me with my purchase. He communicated with me regularly letting me know of the status of my car as it came shipped from the factory. Once the car arrived, Danny made sure the car was fueled up, set up for me personally, answered all my questions and followed up with me after I made it home. (I live in northern Utah). All in all my experience was amazing. I highly recommend Stephen Wade Toyota.

Jerry and the service team turned what could have been a nightmare into a simple two-hour fix. I had traveled from San Antonio, TX, to Sand Hollow on vacation with my family when the check engine light on my Tundra came on. I called them, and even though I didn't have an appointment, they told me to come in as soon as possible so they could see what they could do for me. Everyone was very friendly, and they fixed my truck quickly. I couldn't be more grateful to you all.

I have an older Toyota car. I take it to get it serviced every 5,000 miles. Everyone in the service department is so kind. I love the service checks and keeping informed on upcoming services my car needs. The shuttle is always available and an easy way to get to work. After my last car repair Shaun took a test ride with me to make sure the car was in good repair. It is always a pleasant experience to go to the Steven Wade Toyota service department They are awesome!!!

Andrew was absolutely amazing! He was a great help to me from the second I got there until the second I left after purchasing a vehicle. He was incredibly knowable and had an answer for every one of my questions. He showed me 3 cars for me to compare and was never at any point pushy or pressuring me into a purchase of any kind. He’s also helped me even after the purchase and answered some more questions of mine. I have nothing but positive things to say about Andrew and my experience as a whole, and will absolutely be coming back for my next vehicle! **EDIT** I recently was unfortunately pulled over by one of our "wonderful" state troopers, and during this he had given me a tint fix it ticket. Well the tint on my vehicle was applied by the tint shop for Stephen Wade here. So I called, and spoke with the customer relations advisor by the name of Justin. He told me they were able to correct my tint and it would be no charge to me! Awesome! Unfortunately, by this time I had moved to Payson Utah about 3.5 hours North. Justin was still able to help me out and contacted a tint shop for a Toyota dealer MUCH closer to me in Orem and I was able to get my tint corrected free of charge. These guys have been nothing but the most helpful as can be for me!
