I recently visited Stephen Wade Toyota to look at Rav4 hybrids to replace my beloved, nearly 15 year old Honda Element. The first thing my sales rep, Sebastian, did was to ask what features were important and my price range. I appreciated his knowledge of models, and that he didn't try to upsell me on features I didn't need. I was looking for something off road capable and reliable that was also reasonable for a DIYer mechanic should something go wrong. Car shopping can be a trying experience, and I would highly recommend Sebastian to anyone looking for an honest, customer-centric sales rep (they do exist).

I had been thinking about buying a vehicle for almost a year, but kept putting it off because I didn’t want the purchase hassle. I woke up one morning and decided it couldn’t be put off any longer. I looked at new and used cars on the lot, picked out three that I thought might work, and headed off for the ordeal. I was lucky to be approached by Quinn when I arrived, and within a few minutes he had put me at ease. He spent time with me to understand what I did and didn’t want, and discussed my list of potential vehicles with these requirements in mind. He ranked my list in order of them, and pointed out others that might also work. I ended up purchasing one of the vehicles he suggested, and have had a great driving experience since then. He even contacted me a few months later to see if I was still satisfied, and offered to meet with me to review some of the vehicle functionality that I wasn’t understanding. A dreaded, often-postponed ordeal turned into a positive experience and much of the credit must go to Quinn. His patience, understanding, and knowledge really eased the process. I’d definitely purchase another vehicle from him, and from Stephen Wade Toyota!

I purchased my first Toyota after months of research and comparison. I also researched this particular dealership, and read the reviews. Some were a bit concerning but I wanted to support local, so I addressed them with my sales person (Jessica) until I felt I had a better firsthand experience. Jessica was fantastic! Having a Tundra herself, she had insights in the functions and towing an Airstream. Jessica is very knowledgeable, finds answers, is pleasant, direct, a great communicator, follows up when needed, and honest. She provide provided options, but did not attempt to sway me one way or another on new or used, or on any feature. This is very important because all accountability for a large-purchase decision is on the buyer. She works hard, always with a sense of urgency and responsiveness, up and about to get things done but no matter how focused on the task at hand, she never seems bothered or impatient. If you want a knowledgeable and pleasant professional to work with, she is the one! As far as my purchase choice, I couldn’t be happier with my 2026 Toyota Tundra! It has every feature I wanted, and I hope for a long, stress-free life of this vehicle. I also hope that I have as great an experience with service as I do with sales.

We drove 5 hours south to St.George to Stephen Wade Toyota and met with our salesman Sebastian who was awesome and easy to work with. He called us the day before gave us all the information on the vehicle I've wanted for a while, answered all our questions and even worked to get the price down a bit more. There was no pressure, he was real, honest, transparent and friendly. Not at all your typical, cocky and arrogant salesman unlike our experience up north in the Ogden area. You've gained a customer and I will drive 5 hours south again for my next vehicle. Thank you Sebastian!
