I had a minor issue that arose a year after I purchased a car from these guys. Dan was amazing. And so is Colby. Ended up having to get the issue fixed with their CRM who is Candace Abbott. And she fixed it within 48 hours. If I lived in New York, I would drive all the way to Steven Lake Toyota to buy a Toyota

I highly recommend working with Danny. We initiated communication about a vehicle remotely as I live 5.5 hours away but this dealership had the model I wanted. He was attentive without pressure. Great dealership. Purchased a new truck and a couple of days later went in to add some steps. They had me in and out of there in about 45 minutes without an appointment. They are busy but they take great care of their customers. It was a good experience purchasing my truck and look forward to having my truck serviced here. Highly recommend this dealership. Not my first rodeo with Stephen Wade. Purchased a Corvette and a 280 Z back in the early 80s and ordered a new Chevy P/U back in 89. Course back then it was at the old location and Chevrolet.

Service for 65k was one of the best interactions I’ve ever had at a dealership.
