Hi friends! I went in four days ago to this dealership with my daughter. We were two females walking into a car dealership looking to buy a Toyota Sequoia. I had emailed with Jessica from their website prior to driving down from Mesquite. Jessica was very helpful, responsive (never left me waiting for an answer), and very sweet! She made the stressful process of not only buying a vehicle, but trading one in seamless. The parts department service member who gave me the touch-up paints (in case I ever needed them. The Sequoia was pristine) was a sweetheart, and a true gentleman. The finance man ~ money man, was also such a pleasure to work with. He was very patient and also a gentleman. Ladies ~ I'm a lil older with a little difficulty in hearing, and I brought my early twenties daughter to help me. We were both treated with care and respect at Stephen Wade Toyota :) I've purchased many cars, at many dealerships, in many different states through the years ~ this was by far one of the least stressful, professional, just plum good people, car trading/buying experiences I've had. I would definitely recommend ~ With two thumbs up ;) ;)

If my wife and I could give 25 stars out of 5 we would do it. Our experience at Stephen Wade Toyota has been the best experience on any car lot in the U.S. in 48 years of marriage. Most experiences elsewhere have been negative with high pressure tactics, etc. Our experience with Tyson Hansen, Clay Penrod and John in the Parts Department was our very best 'auto' experience ever, resulting in us purchasing and feeling like we were treated like gold. I have bought five vehicles from here in the last eleven years. The vehicles are always in excellent condition. I have not received my paperwork over night yet and wonder now if it will be Monday when I receive them?
