Lucian was very adept and professional about resolving my repair issues, particularly in locating a part at another dealership in Arizona that was needed to fix my car. He also expressed genuine interest in resolving the repairs in the most economical way possible.

My 2015 Sienna and I are enjoying a cross country drive, and with temperatures at 100+, it was time for an oil change, tire rotation, and safety inspection. I called yesterday, made a 07:30 appointment on a Saturday, and everything went smoothly. Lucian’s technical knowledge about Toyota is outstanding, and he answered all my questions. Later I found out that the dealership also rents Toyotas, which I’ll do next time I fly out here. We were on a weekend getaway in St. George when an alert came up on our car. We called in to Stephen Wade Toyota and talked to a guy named Jerry who assured us the problem would be okay until we were able to return home. He also mentioned it may be under warranty. This was just what we needed to calm our nerves for the 4 hour drive back home. We got it in and it was totally covered. Shout out to Jerry for his knowledge and assuring our concerns!

Only concern was the length of time it took to buy a used car. I bought a new car at checkered flag two years ago and it didn’t take as long. Haven’t seen a dot matrix printer in years but I saw one being used at Stephen Wade Toyota.

We were driving from California to Provo for a graduation. We made an appointment online to stop and see a specific vehicle that we were interested in. As it turned out that vehicle was not exactly what we wanted, and we were not pressured into it. The Internet specialist that we were dealing with, Danny Ghilcrest, respected that we had done our research and knew what we wanted. He introduced us to a similar but different vehicle which we loved and we ended up buying it on the spot.

Sales guy, Andrew, was always a patient gentleman, answering every one of my myriad questions to my satisfaction. He spent lots of time showing me car after car until we came to the "right" one. Then he negotiated with his bosses for some time to get me within a fraction of the "right" price. I highly recommend using him!
